SINGAPORE, June 22 (Bernama) -- ABN AMRO Private Bank has been voted as the Overall Best Private Bank in Singapore by high net worth individuals (HNWIs), with assets under management (AUM) of US$5.01 million to US$25 million.
In the Asiamoney Private Banking Poll 2012, the bank was also ranked second and fourth, respectively, by HNWIs with AUMs of US$1-5 million and above US$25 million among the leading private banks in Singapore.
At regional level, ABN AMRO was ranked favourably by high net worth clients.
It is among the Top 5 Best Global Private Banks in Asia, for the US$5.01 million-US$25 million AUM category, and among the Top 10 Best Global Private Banks in Asia, for both AUM categories of US$1-5 million and above US$25 million.
In its eighth year running, the Asiamoney Private Banking Poll 2012 is an annual survey conducted by the leading financial publication which aims to showcase the private banking leaders in this region.
This year's winners were selected based on a poll of over 4,000 high net worth individuals who have funds under management with private banks in Asia-Pacific.
