The government plans a paradigm shift under the Orang Asli Education Transformation programme via seven initiatives to improve performance. Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin who is also the education minister said the move was to strengthen administration at school, district education office, state education department and ministry level. He said this when launching National Orang Asli Education Transformation programme in kuala lipis.
